Kathy Attar, Toxics Program Manager, joined the PSR national staff in fall 2013. She brings over 10 years of experience on issues related to chemical toxics, including as the Health and Environment Coordinator of Los Angeles PSR and as a Health Policy Intern in the office of Senator Edward Kennedy.  She holds a Masters in Public Health degree from UCLA.
