Clean Water Rule: Protects Our Water and Our Health

The Clean Water Rule recently released by the EPA protects the drinking water sources for one in three people living in the U.S. The Rule clarifies what streams, tributaries, and wetlands can be protected under the Clean Water Act (CWAA). And It provides support for the third of U.S. residents whose drinking water currently comes from upstream sources not currently protected under the CWA.
