ACT Lobby Day is Wednesday, March 20th at the Capitol. Join environmental, consumer, and public health activists from around the state for our day of united legislative action in 83rd Legislative Session. On Lobby Day, we work together to make Texas legislators aware of the important environmental issues facing our state and the legislation they should pass to address these problems. It is a day of advocacy, a day of community and a day of action. By joining with ACT on our Lobby Day, you are sharing your voice with the thousands of Texans united to make Texas a healthier, cleaner place to live. You will receive briefings about the priority issues for 2013 and advocacy training to communicate with decision makers more effectively.
Women's Healthcare Advocacy Day

The Texas Women's Healthcare Coalition invites supporters to participate in the Women's Health Advocacy day in Austin to help make an incredible difference for Texas women, babies and families. This is an opportunity for you to personally ask state leaders to prioritize women's health this session, ensuring all Texas women have access to the family planning and preventive services they need. No prior experience is needed! We will train and equip you with the tools necessary to guarantee a quality discussion with your representation!
It is extremely important we flood the Capitol halls with a unified voice of support from all regions of the state. Please do what you can to share this invitation with your members, friends and family.
