GBPSR's Jill Stein MD recently taped a 3-part, 1 1/2 hour lecture for a University of Delaware Nursing School course titled Healthy People, Healthy Planet, soon to be available on our web site. The lectures were arranged by the Boston University Superfund Basic Research Project (BUSBRP) - GBPSR serves on its outreach advisory committee. The presentations covered the environmental drivers of climate change and chronic disease, as well as cross cutting solutions, and are based on GBPSR's recent report Environmental Threats to Healthy Aging. GBPSR is currently working on a speaker package to be released in early 2010 that include slides, notes and references to enable others to present on this topic.
