Nuclear weapons are a constant threat to our survival globally. There is no remedy to the humanitarian catastrophe of even a single nuclear weapon. Congress is now debating a dangerous and wasteful plan to spend billions to upgrade our nuclear arsenal. We must stop them, and use that money for health and education and infrastructure.
