As you may know, Catherine left Oregon in December to become the executive director of PSR in Washington, DC. We're delighted that she is back for a visit and eager to hear her report on national work.
Joining Catherine will be Dr. Andy Harris to give us an update on plans for coal export through Oregon and the Columbia Gorge.
