The People’s Climate March in Portland

April 29, 2017
Portland, Oregon

Saturday, April 29thThe People’s Climate March in Portland

On April 29th, the 100th Day of the Trump Administration, we will be in the streets of Washington D.C., and around the country, to show the world and our elected leaders that we will resist attacks on our people, our communities, and our planet.

In Portland, the march is being led by our friends at OPAL Environmental Justice and partners in the Oregon Just Transition Alliance, who are calling on Oregon's environmental justice communities and anyone who stands with people of color and low income people to join the movements for racial, social, and economic justice as pathways to climate action. RSVP to Kelly Campbell if you would like to march with the Oregon PSR contingent.

Saturday, April 29th, 12:00 – 5:00 PM (gather from noon until 12:30, speakers until 1:30, march until 4:00 and tabling and cleanup from 4:00 until 5:00 PM)
Dawson Park (march will proceed south and east, ending at Buckman Park)
