Particles on the Wall (POTW) is a multidisciplinary exhibit fusing art, science and history to explore the troubling impacts of the nuclear age, with a particular focus on Hanford, the use of nuclear technology, and their bearing on the natural world and its inhabitants. POTW address both the human and environmental legacy of nuclear technology, including radioactive waste and storage issues, as well as the toll and consequences of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and related bomb production.
Come meet some of the contributing artists, poets, and scientists at the opening party on April 18th.

The Opening Ceremony of the Rio Olympic Games coincides with the exact anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima. Ask the President of the Olympic Committee to commemorate Hiroshima with a minute of silence during the Ceremony.
Please ask President Obama to match actions to his fine words at Hiroshima. He can prevent a new nuclear arms race, starting by canceling plans for a new nuclear cruise missile.
