Lauren Zajac, MD, MPH

Lauren Zajac, MD, MPH is a Pediatric Environmental Health Fellow at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, and serves on the national board of directors for Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR). In June 2013, she completed a residency training program in Social Pediatrics at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY.  She is currently a Co-Chair for the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) NY Chapter 3 Committee on Environmental Health.  Prior to her career in medicine, Lauren earned a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Michigan and worked as an environmental health advocate at non-profit organizations.
