Lisa Conley, JD, MPH
Lisa Conley has been the director of intergovernmental relations and public health advocacy for the Boston Public Health Commission for three and a half years. In this role, she manages the Commission’s state and federal budget and policy priorities, including health care cost containment, implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and the city’s executive order relative to sugar-sweetened beverages. Prior to joining BPHC, Ms. Conley spent 3 years in the state legislature as counsel to the Joint Committee on the Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture. She earned a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and an MPH from Tufts University School of Medicine and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. She lives in the West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston with her husband and two children.
