Featuring Dr. Ruchama Marton, founder of Physicians for Human Rights-Israel and 2010 winner of the Right Livelihood Award, and Dr. Allam Jarrar of the Palestinian Medical Relief Society. Speakers at the 2011 and 2012 annual meetings of the American Public Health Association, they will describe the current state of health care in the West Bank. They will discuss the challenges in providing comprehensive health services in light of the military occupation. This event is free and open to the public, donations are welcome.
