PSR board member Alan Lockwood, MD FAAN, will speak on a panel co-organized by PSR and the Ecology Center.  Dr. Lockwood will highlight the findings of his new book, The Silent Epidemic, on the health effects of coal, to be published by MIT Press in August. Dr. Lockwood is a neurologist and serves as PSR’s senior scientist speaking about the impacts of the coal fuel cycle on human health
