November 2 and 3, the American Physical Society is holding a major workshop at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.  The subject is "Nuclear Weapon Issues in the 21st Century" and will include Nuclear Weapons and Arms Control, the CTBT, Ballistic Missile Defense, Nuclear Proliferation and Mass Casualty Terrorism.  There will be 24 speakers, including PSR Board Member Dr. Edward Ifft, who will give the opening lecture on Saturday.
