When natural gas and oil are extracted, methane -- a potent greenhouse gas -- leaks into the atmosphere from the wells, compressors, pipes and other infrastructure. Tell EPA to regulate methane now!

Online Webinar: The Budget

March 12, 2012

Time: 8:30 pm EST

PSR is partnering with the National Priorities Project to host a webinar for key activists on the Federal Budget with a focus on military and nuclear weapons spending.

At stake are billions of dollars that are being pledged for a significant “modernization” of the nuclear arsenal and hundreds of billions in military spending. This wasteful military budget threatens peace and does not reflect our values.

As a PSR activist, you can help beat back this spending by being a speaker in your local community. This webinar will present you with the salient facts and messages that will help you convey an urgent health and economic narrative on why America should be investing in a budget that reflects our priorities.

Join us as we work towards a world free of nuclear weapons and militarism.
