PSR senior scientist educates on coal in Michigan

November 7, 2011 - November 9, 2011
Ann Arbor, Michigan

Dr. Alan Lockwood, lead author of Coal’s Assault on Human Health and member of the PSR national board, will be in Michigan Nov. 7 through 9 working to help roll back the coal-fired power plants that contaminate the air, water and land.  He will present Grand Rounds at Michigan State, meet with editorial boards in Detroit, Lansing and Ann Arbor, and present compelling evidence that clean, renewable energy needs to be embraced for the future.

PSR members are invited to a special reception in Ann Arbor to meet Alan at the home of Roger Kerson and Robin Kaplan.  To RSVP or for more information, please contact Mary Dillon Kerwin at mkerwin@psr.org or (202) 587-5231.
