Is There A Nuclear Revival in the United States?

This paper analyzes the potential for a 'nuclear revival' in the US and finds that the nuclear industry remains uncompetitive in the US for numerous reasons including decreased demand and cheaper alternatives.  The only means to a 'nuclear revival' is through massive government subsidies which still aren't enough to guarantee the success of this chronically uncompetitive industry.
