Principles for Safeguarding Waste at Nuclear Reactors

(March 2010) A set of principles, endorsed by over 170 groups in all 50 states, for the safeguard of nuclear waste at reactor sites with provisions including low-density, open-framework spent fuel pools, hardened on-site storage, and prohibitions against reprocessing.
