What if it is not just a weapon, not just a device? What if the concept it represents, not just that we can destroy ourselves - but that *anyone* can, were fully realized by everyone?

Happy Holidays, PSR. I'm on your website looking for your statement on "Smart Meters"--a controversial issue that's an incredibly hot and relevant topic right now across the US. I'm having trouble finding anything, and a Google search did not turn up anything useful either. Can someone help?
