Stop tax payer subsidies for dangerous and expensive new nuclear reactors

With your help PSR has been calling for an end to loan guarantees for new nuclear reactors paid for with taxpayer dollars.  Our leaders have not listened and are now poised to create a multi-billion dollar loophole for more dirty energy projects like new nuclear reactors and "clean coal."

The House Republican leadership plans to bring up HR 6213, the "No More Solyndras" Act for a vote in the full House of Representatives on Friday, September 14.

The "No More Solyndras Act" would limit federal loan guarantees for future energy projects while still allowing funding for new nuclear power projects already in the federal pipeline.

It's time to take action and let your voice be heard! Tell your House member to defeat special subsidies for dangerous new nuclear reactors!

"No More Solyndras" is a distraction that at best is purely an attempt to score cheap political points in an election year while encouraging the building of new nuclear reactors at taxpayer expense.

Urge your Congressional Representative to vote "NO" on HR 6213!  Stop taxpayer bailouts to utilities and stop dangerous new nuclear reactors in our neighborhoods!
