PSR is pleased to welcome four interns this summer: Louisa Angly, Chiara Giaccari, Cheran Gobiratnam and Brenda Munive.
Louisa Angly graduated this spring from the University of Texas/Austin with a major in Public Health and Biology, and a concentration in environmental health. She plans to attend medical school in 2019. Louisa spent the past year researching the progression of toxics legislation at the state level.
Chiara Giaccari is a rising senior at King’s College London, working toward a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. She has concentrated her work on conflict & diplomacy, international law, security issues and global politics.
Cheran Gobiratnam is an International Politics graduate from King’s College London with honors. His thesis focused on the post-financial crisis rise of far-right parties in Europe, and in a broad degree, he studied in conjunction the usually separate disciplines of international relations, economics and politics.
Brenda Munive comes to us from the University of California/Santa Barbara, where she will graduate at the end of the summer with a major in Environmental Studies and Communication. She looks forward using her skills to effectively communicate environmental science to the public.
