Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) spoke out against President Trump’s proposal to withdraw from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, instead sponsoring a resolution to prohibit the use of any U.S. taxpayer dollars for weapons that violate the deal.
